I've done extensive research on the Bryants and related families such as Gossetts, Sullivans, Allens, Thorntons, Duncans, Lovells, Parhams, Ventress, Owens and Beasleys. Research involves use of the various internet resources, Library records, Personal Interviews, Civil War records, Revolutionary War records, Birth Certificates, Death Certificates, Census records, Wills, Pension records, Researchers Letters, and many more. There are close Gossett ancestors on both my fathers side and my mother's side of the family. One of the things that has spurred me on in my genealogy is attempting to determine the relationship of the two sets of Gossetts. I also have a sister, Betty Bryant Jones of Jonesboro, AR who has been heavily involved in our family genealogy. My plan is to continue the effort to compile a family history that will as complete as possible. This will include other families that are not listed above.
