About Our Family Research


He married Mary Alice Wimpee. He was my ggrdfather.
They had four children, Horry McCall Byars, my grandfather, Clyde (or Clark, unsure which is correct), Lucy & Mammie. In 1880 census for Floyd Co. GA, he is 16 yrs old and working as a farm hand. In later census records, it is noted that he has TN parents.
