I have found out that Powel Bychkowsky came to the USA from Russia (not sure where). His wife was Julia Sokolowsky she was also from Russia(not sure where). They had 4 children
Not sure of birth order.Michael,Sergei,Mary, and Frances.
These children changed the name to Bychowsky. I am not sure exact date of this change.
Sergei changed his name to Sergei X.Powelle (again I do not have dates of this change either).I got this information from Frances (Bychowsky) Henry.
Any information is welcomed.
