The applicant states his birth was not properly and accurately recorded. His address is 359 Vine Street, Chillicothe, Ohio. Sworn on 28 October 1949 before J. A. Leser, J. P. of Lick Township. Nancy Belle Weese, sister-in-law, age 78, certifies the facts. Her address is Rt. #3, Jackson, Ohio. Sworn before Martha E. Murphy, Deputy Clerk, Probate Court on 28 October 1949. F. M. White, no relation, age 77, certifies the facts. His address is Rt #3, Jackson, Ohio. Sworn before Martha E. Murphy, Deputy Clerk, Probate Court on 28 October 1949. A journal entry was made correcting the original record. He said his name was not correct as recorded and his mothers name should be spelled Rapp, not Ropp. In Apr 1903 he was miner in Jackson County, Ohio.183 He lived in Jackson County, Ohio in Apr 1903.183 He lived in Chillicothe, Ross County, Ohio in 1925.
