Joshua Speakman (b. May 20, 1731, d. December 1801)

Joshua Speakman was born May 20, 1731 in London Grove,Chester Co.,PA., and died December 1801 in Adams County, Pa. He married Ann Miller on August 01, 1752 in Old Swedes,Willimgton,New Castle,DE, daughter of James Miller and Ann Cain.

Notes for Joshua Speakman:
Joshua was (one year old when his father died). In 1755 he obtained from New
Garden MM, a certificate of removal for himself and wife from Londongrove to
Warrington MM York Co. Pa.
Joshua's will was probated January 7, 1802, & we have a copy.
Note: MarriSome information states that John's birthdate as 23 Jan., 1787, others 23 J

Some has that he is buried in the Old Luthers Cemetery and others in Green
summit Cemetery, Adelphi,Ross Co., Colerain Twp., Ohio.
