Warrington MM Records show Jacob Cook of Warrington son of Jacob Cook, marriage
to Mary John daughter of Samuel John deceased of Newbury tsp. This was the
first marriage of Jacob cook. His second wife was Susanna Speakman daughter of
Joshua and Ann Miller Speakman. On Nov. 11, 1786 Jacob Cook requested a
certificate to Monallen M M to marry Susannah Speakman. It was granted Dec. 9,
1786
