The main roots of the Casey/Aurswald Family Tree extend deep into Ireland, Scotland, England, and Germany. Branch roots also extend into Italy, Australia, and Japan.
The Casey and Aurswald families were joined on February 4, 1967
by the marriage of Andrew Michael Casey and Mary Ann Aurswald which took place at St. Joseph Church, Pittsfield, Massachusetts, by Right Reverend Monsignor Bernard J. Lennon, uncle of the groom.
Our family was blessed with the birth of our daughter Michelle Ann on April 12, 1968, at Offut Air Force Base, Nebraska, and the birth of our son Joseph Aurswald Casey on March 29, 1972, at Fort Riley, Kansas.
Since February 1967, our family has lived in Seoul, Korea; Omaha, Nebraska; Fort Dix, New Jersey; Huntsville,Texas; Fort Riley, Kansas; Fort Leavenworth, Kansas; Fort Clayton, Panama Canal Zone; Fairfax, Virginia; and for the past 21 years we've lived in Carrollton, Isle of Wight County, Virginia.
