I am looking for any family member related to Luis Sebastian Castro. He immagrated fron Venezuela, lived in New York and possibly settled in Puerto Rico. He had three children born in 1951, 1952, and 1953, in New York City, never to have seen them again. Their names are Awilda, Victor and Hector, currently in their 50's.
