Looking for our father. All we know is last name and is or was for now Wyer. Mom will tell us nothing, except he was an orphan, in N.Y. Foundling Hosp. and that dad was born on January 17, 1928 his birth record number is 3067 filed in Manhattan. Besides that all we have is some information about a woman named Eva Evans and n.y. foundling hosp. and we are wondering_she was dads real mom? We have also seen how our mom sent xmas cards thru the years to her, only, there is no address in moms phone book just the check marks recieved. We are so lost we know absolutely nothing about our father or his side of the family. We would love to know if there are any relative out there or is Wyer our real last name????
