The Texas Connection: Mills Families

About Our Family Research


William Mills was the father of both Jonathan J. Mills ( Johnson County, Texas ) and Thomas J. Mills ( Milam County, Texas). A 19 year space between the brothers but I have a letter explicitly documenting the relationship. William Mills married Mary Plant , the daughter of Williamson Plant. From SC to Bond County Illinois in the 1820's then to Texas in the 1850's. I believe we are getting closer. stay tuned for the next installation .:)
