I'm looking for a brother Guy Mattinly born in either 1964 or 1965 and a sister Sylvia (not sure of the last name...i was born in the United States my mother's name is Jeanine Clert born in Acheres France on July 19, 1942. She lived at 8 May 1945 in Acheres, my mother had two children before she left France in 1967 or 69. I would really like to locate them and met my family.
