This information is all taken on my grandfatthers side Casler. My great Grand parents are Alan J casler he married Ida L
(unknown of maiden name) she was born in Germany. They both lived in Winona, Minn.The had the following children Roy casler of Irvington, Alfred of Wauukesha, Wis ,Earl of Newark NJ, Mrs Edward Nordby of milwaukee, Wis, and Mrs Edgar Dew of Catonsville, MD. My Grandfather Roy H. Casler was also born there. He was in the navy and married Theresa Margret Lutz.They lived in Newark NJ for a while then moved to Irvington NJ. Roy has a brother Joseph D. Casler. Theresa Margret Lutz was daughter of John Lutz who married Albertina maiden name (Brewster) they had another daughter Francis married last name (kaiser).
Here is information that is on my grandmothers side her name is Thersa M. Casler nee Lutz her father is John W. Lutz he came from Brussels to the US and lived in Newark NJ. where he became a US citizen on November 1st,1887. He married Albertina Brewster other spelling that i found was ( Burster)from Newark,NJ. John W.Lutz's parents are Bernard Lutz he D March 19,1873 he was married to Caoline (carline) Lutz (Studer)she D on March 15,1863 the both died in Brussels. where they had the following children Francois Lutz married wife unknown, Fritz Lutz wife unknown, sister unknown married to Mr.Sillimass, sister unknown married Mr.Sharer and son Charles Lutz minister.
