My name is Brenda Cerutti, My mother and I are looking for family members from the Kimbler family . My mothers name is Ola Mae Buckner she and I both were from Quincy Kentucky but have since moved away. My grandmother was Sarah Elizebeth Kimbler, she was born October 9, 1896, she died March 14, 1959 in Quincy, Kentucky and is buried the in Sunset cemetary on Route 23. She married Walter Buckner September 3, 1915 in Rooney Kentucky in Carter County. Her father was Elijah Kimbler born in Johnson County , her mother was Nancy Jane Kimbler (same name?) both were born around 1872. Nancy Jane died in 1913 at age 41 leaving Sarah, Blanche, Joseph, Russell, Louranie. My grandmother raised Joseph he moved to Ohio where he died in the mid sixties and still has a son Russell Kimbler still living there, as well as two daughters. Louranie died at a very young age while she was engaged to be married. Blanche died in the fifties but she has family left also, Russell died also in the 1930's, and had no children. A relative, Laura Kimbler (Colgrove) lived in Vanceburg, Kentucky and died in the 60's orearly 70's, her father was Joseph Kimbler, and was married to Sarah Grigsby Kimbler. Laura was born in 1893 in Carter County Kentucky. I am trying to find what branch my family came from because they all died not leaving many heirs. They were all from Johnson County Kentucky and West Virginia.
