Notes for Ethel May Conover: Ethel went to school in Trenton and got her license to teach from the New Jersey State Board of Education. She taught school for a year and then went into nurses training and worked in an orphanage for a year.
When Anne was married she was a lab technician at chicago Maternity Hospital. In 1927 lived at 3421 N. Keeler Avenue. 1929 - 1804 N. Richmond Street, chicago.
Her best friend in New Jersey was Lu Lu Clough and she married a Haskell. Her father was Harry Clough. LuLu was registrar and business manager at the New Jersey STate Teachers College.
One of her prized possessions was her green "teddy" that she bought for her wedding trousou when she married in 1916.
In later years she LOVED her lace collars that went on many of her plain dresses to fancy them up.
