I have been researching my family roots since 1995. My family names are: Chlebda, Geary, Schrock, Lewis, Vought or Wought, Meyers, Weglarz, Haer or Hare. On my husband side we have Morrison, Roberts, Zulauf, and Thompson. I mostly try to obtain copies of death, marriage, and birth certicates. I have gone to several cemeteries to trace my family roots. I have family living in Poland (Krakow) which I hear from once or twice a year. There is a very big language barrier for us. I've traced the Chlebda/Weglarz back to when they first arrived in USA. But I have not had much luck with the Weglarz family prior to their USA arrival. I wish I could reserach this information full time.
