At present I am working on several branches of my family tree at one time and I suppose I am luckier than most as some of the family has had a lot of documentation to support the information. The fact that one branch of the family "Robert S. Powers and Mary S. Brashear have had a family reunion now for over 70 years. I find that I probably know more about some of my family back in the 1700's and 1800's than I do about the ones nearest and dearest. We are such a throw away society now that notes and letters are not kept and with e-mail etc they can be deleted in a second. So we who are tending the archives have to get communication going with the now generation. I am trying to find information about the Ruch Family: Franklin T. David Ruch- George G. Ruch and wife Elizabeth S. Abens, David T. Ruch and wife Olive Caroline Bennet,
