Choo Yoke Boon came from Hainan Island, China to look for his father in Singapore. Failing to locate him Yoke Boon choose to remain in the Straits Settlement. Later his wife Mdm Chee Jit Lian joined him. They worked for distinguished colonial households for the rest of their lives. They have 4 children:

1. Mdm Choo Jee Moi (deseased)
2. Choo Jone Kam
3. Choo Yoon Sau
4. Chu Jon Hau

I am Jone Kam's eldest son who will try to create a family history for all our family members. We welcome anyone who can contribute to this research to contact me anytime.
