MY MOTHER NORMA ELAINE WIAND (PRESTIA) WAS BORN OUT OF WEDLOCK AND HER BIRTH RECORDS AND ADOPTION PAPERS WERE FOUND. SHE WAS BORN IN 1945, JULY 1ST. IN POTTSTOWN, PA.
