As you know, Genealogy can be a rewarding hobby and also the most frustrating, time-consuming, swamp of dead-end trails and searches that you never could have imagined. So why am I hooked? Probably becuase I have an addicted personality. But also becuase of the interesting and varied information that I have already found... thanks to the many other researchers out there braving the wilds of historical information and finding what I cannot. Some of whom are family... which has been the best discovery of all.

On one side of my tree, there are a lot of hobby genealogists; and I have to thank them deeply for the magnitude of information, resources and advice that they have shared with me. On the other side, it seems that I am one of very few attempting to make these connections. SO I have the best of both worlds.
