B. Oct. 11, 1941 at Torrington, WY the only son of Ralph Warren Clemens and Wilma LaVon (Jennewein) Clemens. One sister, Charlotte Mae (Clemens) Johnson. Two daughters, Shelly Dean Clemens b. Apr.2, 1963 at Torrington, WY d. Sep. 21, 1980; Robin Sue (Clemens) Teske b. Jan. 15, 1966 at Torrington, WY and one son, Ryan Andrew Clemens b. Mar.6, 1975 at Torrington, WY
Richard lived his childhood and young adult years in Yoder, WY moving to Rapid City, SD where he resided for seven years. He returned to his home in Yoder, WY to do his undergraduate work at Eastern Wyoming College in Torrington. Upon graduation in 1988, he moved with his wife Linda (Beckel)Patton Clemens and family to San Leandro, CA to attend Life West Chiropractic College. After a year of residency, Richard & Linda moved to Spartanburg, SC to complete four years of graduate study at Sherman College of Straight Chiropractic. Upon earning their Doctor of Chiropractic degrees, They moved to Burlington, WA to open their Chiropractic practice together.
