About Our Family Research


The Garra family's American ancestry began with Peter
O'Garra (b. May of 1783 in Sligo Co., Ireland). His son
David was born March 2, 1818 in Lancaster Co., Pennsylvania.
David was married twice and had eight children. Many of
the descendants now live in Pensylvania and Ohio.
