I am from the Holdsworth clan,they were people from northern Uk who settled in london area.My grandfather george edward Holdsworth married Mary elizabeth O'keefe from Corke Ireland.
On mom side they were Whittakers and Monks.Grandfather(Fred Whittaker married Winifred Monk.She had 7 siblings 1 boy 6 girls.
The one boy died of Diptheria at age 6,poor great grandad never got over it.
I have married a Cowell.dennis. His family roots go way back to chester in 1892,with james Samuel Cowell.
