The Family of Jeff D. Cudd
I was born on the 4th of August 1959. I was born to J.d. and
Shirley Williams Cudd. I later had a sister born on Feb. 28th
1965. Her name was Sheila Ann Cudd.
My Grandmother on my dads side was named Sarah Bell Cole Cudd.
My Grandfather on my dads side was named William Landrum Cudd,
Better known as Settlemeyer. This name was derived from a doctor
who was a friend of the family. He was always hanging around this
doctor. They always would say here comes doc Settlemeyer and little Settlemeyer.
Grandaddy Cudd's mother and father were John and Margaret Blackwell Cudd. His mother died when he was only 8 months old and was raised by his grandmother Epsay Couch Cudd. His full
blooded sister was named Rosa cudd Huskey, and brother earl Cudd.
His stepbrothers and stepsisters were as follows: Dollie, Minnie,
and Teach by Margaret Blackwell who had been married before.
