This is still a work very much still in progress. If anyone ever thought that the name "Funcheon" would be easily traced - - Well they thought wrong. I have been able to find ancestors in old census records with the spelling of "Funchen, Funchion, Funchon, and Funcheon". It all depended on who was taking the census, on how it was spelled. Thankfully, we can find several Funcheon families gathered together in these reports; and it is from there that we can put the pieces back together again.

I apologize if there are inaccuracies, and am open to any and all corrections. As well, I would be very happy to share information also.
