I'm the grand-daughter of Billy Blackwell. Who of my knowledge originated from Virginia. He doesn't know much of his family. He left home at age 14. We are a small family here in Baltimore. My grand-father married Lucy Ours and they had two children together. Still Married... Their children are Bobby and Terry Blackwell.Which both married and had children and are now divorced. Anyhow I haven't much information on the past. Which I am curious about. I like to know where our last name came from and what our family did back then.Really all I know is Billy's parents' names. No birthdates or such.I'm willing to do any digging that I need to do to find out any info that I can.We don't have any reunions here in Baltimore. But if there are any within our family I would like to know. Our last name seems to have been very popular. I have run-ins with many people with our last name.So it's going to be hard to actually find our own realitives.
