Hector E. Cummings Sr.was born on May 5, 1947 in Starke, Florida
He was born to Charles and Louise Cummings of Starke Florida.
Hector was the oldest of six living children. He has five brothers. Hector was married to Yvonne Johnson of Savannah, Georgia and together they had a son, Hector E. Cummings Jr.
He later married Sandra Cuspert from Savannah, Georgia and with that union they had a son, Marlon Ross Cummings.
Hector graduated from Alfred Ely Beach High School in 1965.
He was employeed by Great Dane Trailers for 25 years and was a Master Barber by trade. Before his death, he was employeed by the City of Savannah Georgia.
Hector died on January 28, 1993 at the age of 45.
