I am basically interested in the decendants of Walter H. Cutts and Anne (Lea)Cutts of England. Their son Wilbur F. Cutts, possibly born in England or in Hartford, Connecticut, who married Lydia Towner of Hartford (?), Conn. in about 1845 to 1848. They moved to Wisconsin in the 1840s and lived in Unity, Wisconsin. They had a son William Arthur Cutts, who was my grandfather. His son (next to last) was Eldred George Cutts, who was my father.
I am also interested in the Ripke/Henke family. My mother was Evelyn Elsie Juanita Ripke and she was the grandaughter of Johann Heinrich Wilhelm Ripke and Bertha Wilhelmina Auguste Henke. Johann was from Hanover, Germany and Bertha was from Potsdam, Germany. Their banns were posted in 1841 in the township of Seig,Wisconsin. Son John married Dorothy ? and had several children, the last being Evelyn Ripke, my mother. She was orphaned at age 3 and I have not heard from any of the Ripke or Henke relatives in many years. Any information on these two (Cutts/Ripke) lines would be appreciated.
