At age 76,I am trying to piece together a fairly accurate history
of my paternal and maternal side of the CYPHER family from North
Tarrytownand surrounding area,Westchester County,N.Y.I came in contact with an uncle,who happens to be six months older than me,
for the first time. His name,Robert Cypher,and I will exchange
