The James Bernard Daley's of Ontario, Canada

Updated July 22, 2002

About Our Family Research

J. B. Daley was my grandfather. To my knowledge, his grandparents homesteaded near Old Chealsea Quebec in the early 1800's. Grandfather had three sons, Gordon and John Orrivle both of Deep River Ontario and Joseph Merle of Flint Michigan. Gordon's children are Robert, Dawn, Catherine, Micheal, Jo-ann, and Patrica. John's children are Wayne, Gail, Claire, Lynne, Brent and Claude. Grandfather was born c. 1886 in or near Ottawa. He married Margaret Mae MacDonald who's grandfather was John Angus MacDonald of Cumberland, Russell County, Ontario.

My mother's family name is Spooner or in french Cuillrier (approx.) from the area of Blind River Ontario.

I am interested in filling in a lot of blanks up the family tree.

All e-mail will be answered and I will share any information I have.
