I am the daughter of Clarence and Esther H. Savidge (deceased) of Newtown, Pa too. The Savidge line then goes to Charles Savidge who came from the Hopewell NJ.area in the 1860's to Newtown,Pa. He married twice,the first wife was Caroline Hogeland and then Sarah H. Morris (my Grandmother) and both my Grandparents and parents are buried in the Newtown Cemetary .My G Grandfather was Aaron Savidge from the Hopewell area who married Rebecca Wood. They are buried in the Pennington NJ. Presbyterian Church cemetary.They had 16 children. My GGrandfather was John Savidge born August, 24,1759 and m a cousin Rachel Savidge and had 7 children. John Savidge my GGGrandfather was born 1725 and m an Elizabeth Runyon and they had 9 children.My GGGGrandfather was William Savidge who was m to Elizabeth Smith and it is stated that they both came from England. (This is where I am now and must look for them and try to document their history.)
