MY FALANGA**RICCHI**GENTILE ** ITALIAN HERITAGE PAGE

Updated November 9, 2000

About Our Family Research

~~** WELCOME **~~

This homepage is what I hope is the start of a successful search of my Italian heritage.
I do not at this point have a lot of information except for a few names and dates.
My Falanga ancestors came from the Lipari Islands off Sicily and settled in Oswego, Oswego County, NY. The Gentiles also came from Sicily, on the Selina Island and settled in the County. The Ricchi or Ricci, the spelling I am not sure of yet, came from a defunct villiage outside of Rome and first settled in Chester PA about 1908. They too moved along the railroads up to Oswego County. From time to time I will be adding on more information as I find it, and more names will follow soon.
