As the years go by, I often wonder if I will be remembered as I recall my ancestors. Chances are that in todays busy world, my children and grandchildren will be much too busy to ask those all important questions about where I CAME FROM!! I have to admit that when my mother and dad were living, I too was a bit too comfortable thinking that I would have many years to do this . I never would have believed that I would have lost both parents at an early age and lost all those important answers that I never thought to ask SOONER. Ask those questions now children, WHILE YOU STILL HAVE SOMEONE TO ANSWER THOSE QUESTIONS. Sykes/Sikes...who was my mother? WHERE DID my parents MEET? WHAT WAS THEIR EARLY LIFE LIKE? NOW IS THE TIME....
