THE SEARCH HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER, It started with my father, CHARLIE CHESTER DEHART. I would like to have answers to the question "What really happened" and "How did My Family really acquire the DEHART name? It started in 1887 in Izard Cty, Ar. My grandpa CHARLES C. COOPER was born to (A. L. COOPER & ELIZABETH?). Our family has always been told both mother & father & a small brother all died in a matter of days apart. A man (JOHN WILLIAM DEHART). took him in and raised him. We now have proof of adoption(Legally). and a lot of different circumstances surrounding this adoption . WE (MY FAMILY & I) are after the truth. If there is one.
