JOHN DELANEY was born in Dublin in 1780 and sentenced to be deported to Sydney New South Wales Australia on the Atlas 1 in 1800. It arrived in Sydney on 13th April 1802. John married Ann Briggs on 23rd August 1813, and records todate show only one child, John who was born on 26th August 1840 and married Mary Ann Bellard on 29th March 1822
