I am trying to find my family history to save for my children when they are older. My maiden name is Mikell. My father, James E. Mikell was born on Marco Ilsand, Fl. My grandfather, Joe Mikell, was born somewhere in GA. I never met him because he passed away before I was born. I think he passed away in 1949. He lived in Fort Myers, Fl when he passed away. On My mother,s side I have the name of Erickson. My grandfather's name was Ernest Arvid Erickson. They were from St. Paul MN. My grandparents, Ernest Arvid and Emma Erickson, moved to Fort Myers, Fl in the early 50's I think. They had two children. Connie and Betty. Connie married and became Connie Byrnes. Betty married and became Betty Mikell. My name is Debra Del Vecchio. My maiden name is Mikell. I have a brother, Ronald Mikell, and a sister, Faliphia Mikell. On my father's side of the family there are such sir names as Allen. Allen comes from my gransmother Minnie Allen. On my mother's side of the family the sir name is Rosty. I have been married for 9 years to Steven Del Vecchio. Steven comes from Rochester, NY. His Dad's name is David Del Vecchio and his mother's name is Christine (Lupo) Del Vecchio.
