Dear Family Members,
There has been so much going on in our lives. We have so much to be thankful for. Our family is one of them. However, lately the only time we make an effort to come together is during a time of tragedy. As a result, in October 2003, several family members agreed it was time for everyone to come together at a planed event.
We are sending this letter asking for your participation. July 15-18, 2004 in Tampa, FL we will have the 1st Delisme Family Reunion. We are requesting that you make every effort to attend and spread the word in your area. It is important to know your family. It is our goal to spend several days getting well acquainted, laughing and sharing together, and to strengthen our family bond.
We realize there will be several people coming in from out of town. *JetBlue Airlines has good airfare rates: Boston to Tampa one way $75 - round trip is $150; New York to Tampa one way $65 - round trip is $130. Please call them at (800) JET-BLUE or (800) 538-2583. Once we receive all of the registration forms** we will make housing arrangements, if necessary hotel reservations. There will be a fee per family to cover the cost of food, necessary supplies, entertainment, etc. There will be more detailed information concerning this at a later date.
It is very important that all registration forms** are turned by March 1, 2004. This will help us with planning and give us enough time to make pick up arrangements and accommodations for housing. There will be an update newsletter of what's going on and more detailed information in late March 2004. Please help spread the word of the 1st Delisme Family Reunion in your area.
