Ok so I'm new at this but I am looking for ANY information or links to our family. I don't know much but here is a brief history.. My name now is DeLeon, but my maiden name is Segura. First I'll start with my father, his name is Tomas Segura Gamez. His parents are Eloisa Gamez Camarillo and Gonzalo Segura, both born in Mexico. My mother's name is Delia Lara. Her parents are Eladia Prado Villareal and Julio Lara Luna, both also born in Mexico. I dont know much history on my father's side of the family,just that my grandmother on his side died in 2000.She lived in California at the time. On my mother's side though I know a little more information.My maternal grandmother's maiden name is Villareal and her family history is that they are from Spain. I'm not sure what part or when exactly they came to USA.My grandmother is now in Brownsville,TX. I do know I have family in all parts of Tx and possibly some in California as well.If you think you might have a link please contact me.. as I am very interested to know my family history and where I come from. Also I know that on my father's side, there's a bit of Indian in the family, not sure what kind though. In short, our family names are.. Villareal, Lara, Luna(im thinking), Gamez,Segura.. Although, some names could have been changed. Only way to know is if we contact one another and communicate. If anyone has ANY information, please contact me.
