I am embarking on this journey for my children as well as myself, there is little known about my father-in-laws family. We were told years afo that the original family came from France, something that was never proven as fact. My children are now of an age at least a couple of them are, where it means something to them to find out more. Their father, Robert W DeLill Sr has no knowledge of any more information than we do, or so he says,and I tend to believe him. As his father, Harold Judson DeLill, and his mother Clara Louise Swain DeLill are deceased as well as his brother, and wife, Earl and Helen DeLill,there are no contacts left to find anything out. My Ex-husbands sisters have no more knowledge than anyone else, and anything they do know they would have already shared. It was never a "close" family,and all kept prety much to themselves, except for occaisional visits from, Aunt Helen and Uncle Earl. Mother DeLills family,at least as far as we all were concerned held "secrets" not talked about, and NEVER mention.
