I have for the last 3 years been doing quite intensive research into my descendants on both my paternal and maternal grandparents from Holland.
My father was Dieuwko Mulder and his parents were Harm Mulder and Berendje Borgchel.
I am able to trace the Mulder side back to Jan Krijns Mulder who was born about 1795 and died in Odoorn in 1862 aged 66 years and his wife's name was Dieuwke Harms Kobes.
Berendje Borgchel my fathers mother I can trace back to Hermann Heinrich Borgelt from Braamsche in Germany he died 10 june 1810 and his wife was Maria Schuette.
My mother Stientje Vos, her father was Siert Vos and her mother was Sjoukje Berends.
Siert Vos can be traced back to Girbe Oetzes born before 1757 his wife Janteen /Leentien Jans born about 1762.
Sjoukje Berends can be traced back to Machiel Berends and Cornelia Seele she died 1858 in Sliedrecht.
I have lots of missing links inbetween but also more information and I would like to include these in a Family Tree and share.
