The farthest back i can trace my family tree is to Sanford Dequeant. Any help tracing it back further would be greatly appreciated. We believe our family tree originates in France in the 1800's. My family of Dequeants is found in the TX/LA/MS region. I have seen Dequeants from other regions, but i have not been able to find any contact information. I'm interested in tracing all the Dequeants in the U.S. to one immagrant family. From there i would like to trace it to France. I've seen a book that discusses a "Dequeant Mansion" in france, but i have not got to read it yet. Any help would be appreciated, my email is drdiment0@subdimension.com
