Please note that my Papa Ralph Flippen was adopted and I am interested in both my adopted family's tree as well as his biological parents' trees. His mother's name was Fay Vaughn. She worked for Neiman Marcus and he was born when she was 16. She never told her children about him, although they met in the 1970s. She lived, I believe, in Arkansas.
He is buried at BJ Cemetery where we share a family plot with a cousin of Wyatt Earp - Melinda Earp. The cemetery holds an annual family reunion in April.
My Diamond side supposedly traces to Ireland, the Michels side to Germany and the Michaels side ... ???
