I am only recently re-entering the family search game..my jones/ johnson line ripples back to early 1700's with large variety of names, however, my walker/hudson(?) line is very ambiguous..my gfather, Charles HOrace Walker's father Steven Andrew walker seems almost mythical, died when my gfather young leaving san saba on the way to arkansas, died in brownwood tx, his mother was said to be anna marie baumgarten, hwvr, her death certificate lists her as mary ann hudson, father as j a hudson and mother as anna baumgarten..my gmother, esta carroll knowles, mother was sara eliz jane putman, father william marten putman and mother alice crow, her line gets elusive on the crow side, i know there were 2 cousins, thompson crow and crow thompson from n texas..
