Malerba Rose and Salvatore Battaglia came to NY around 1910. They came from Partanna Sicily. Had 4 children. Kathryn, Lugia(Louise), Mary, and John.
Louise married Victor DiGiuseppi.
Now from what I understand Victor had 4 brothers and a sister.
Jerry, Michael, Peter, Joe and Tess.
Louise and Victor had 2 Boys Joseph and Salvatore DiGiuseppi.
Salvatore has 2 children. Salvatore and Lauren. Joseph is my dad. Joseph married Rosemarie Desimone.
Joseph died oct. 1981.
Rosemarie died Arpil 1994
they have 3 children Theresa, Diana and Victor.
Victor now has 2 boys, Joseph, and Victor.
Diana has 2 boys, Joseph and Ryan.

Now Victor Desimone married Palma DiPeppi. Had 4 daughters and a son. Francis (deceased)survived by 5children Wendy, Chris, Edward, Maria and ?, Salvatore survived by 3, Victor, Joe and Pamela, Terry survived by 3 Joe Gary (deceased), and Sandra, Josephine survived by 4 Michael, Anthony, Joanne, and Ricky. And Rosemarie (deceased).
Now Palma had a brother Joe. Joe had a son Joseph.
So now Joe DiPeppi had 4 daughters Angela, Maria, Danielle, and Francine (deceased).

There is a big family here and I would like more information. I know my maternal grandparents came here from Palermo Sicily, early 1900's at seperate times. Not sure when.
I also found out that Salvatore Battaglia had 2 brothers, Barney and Frank.
Barney had a son John. And Frank had 2 sons John and Vincent, or Vincenzo.

I really would like more info. before the 20th century on either side of this family tree. It seems it all starts here in America which is good. But Hungry for more info. Please help.
