Clairence C. McCoy
Clairence C. McCoy, 75 New Galilee, died Wednesday evening in the Beaver Valley General Hospital following an extended illness.
Born May 13, 1887 in Bocktown, he had been a resident of Freedom for several years before moving to New Galilee and was a retired employee of American Bridge Co., Ambridge.
Surviving are two sons, Carl, New Brighton, and Ross, New Galilee; four daughters, Mrs Dorothy Sheets, New Galilee, Mrs Elizabeth Dillon, Freedom, Mrs Beatrice Peltz, New Brighton and Mrs Mary Izenhour, Monaca; a sister, Mrs Margaret Schmidt, Wichita Falls, Kanas; 31 grandchildren and 35 great-grandchildren.
Friends will be received after 7:30 this evening in the J.L. Gross Funeral Home, Freedom.
