We are descendants of Robert & Louise Ferrell. Louise Ferrell a.k.a. Miss Jennie, was the daughter of Walter C. Mills born 16 Jan 1819 and died 27 January 1900. Louise married Robert Jennings Ferrell who was born 10 September 1845 on the 24 September 1873 in Caswell County. Louise died 25 Aug 1925 and is buried at Pleasant Grove Christian Church , Halifax County, Virginia. Robert is also buried there and died 20 March 1893. This is as far back as we have gotten and this is thanks to Lois Ferrell Harrison who created the book Ancestors and Descendents of James Robert Kinton & Robert Jennings Ferrell. Kintons were on her mothers side and do not flow back through our family tree.
