The North and South Mix of Erinne Clark Kennedy-Dock Updated June 26, 2004
About Our Family Research
In 1975, My mother inspired a passion in me for family research. It began with her southern side of the family which for the most part was well known. The Kirksey's and the Hambletts were fairly long lived and the Edwards's have a family reunion every third sunday of July. Her side consists of the Hamblett's, Kirksey's, Edwards's Wilson's,Worthams Fielder's Taliaferro Smith's of VA and the Towneley's of Towneley England.
Recently in 2003 I began to research my father's Northern Family. He said that they were not spectacular and probably were horse theives. I researched the Kennedy's, Clark's, Matthew's, Brainard's, Ackely's, Knox's and Crippens to find a very rich backgound going back to England via Plymouth Massachusetts.
