  Hugh Doherty was born March 18, 1877 in Granard, Ireland. On July 31, 1903 in Glasgow, Scotland Hugh married Isabella MacNeil (born August 29, 1878 in Tangasdale, Barra). In about 1912 they moved to Canada and eventually settled in Hymers, Ontario outside of Thunder Bay.

  This tree traces from the grandparent of (Gustaf) Alfred Jarf (b. 10 April 1884)and follows the paternal family line of Mary Doherty.
• Styrman Descendant Tree (Mary Doherty's maternal l (92 KB)
  Mary Doherty was a descendant of Gustaf Jarf and Emma Styrman. I have extensive information on the Styrman family with the help of Finnish second cousins who recently met with my husband. This tree follows Mary Doherty's maternal lines. Please see the Jarf tree for the paternal line.

  This tree begins with Eric Kyndola, born in 1741 in Finland to Daniel Katajamaki, born 1984 in Canada covering 9 generations. Dan's great grandfather was Hugh Doherty, born 1977 in Granard, Ireland. Follow the instructions to select Eric Kyndola as the primary individual to begin at the roots.
