John Palmer (son of William Palmer) died 1760 in Williamsburg, Virginia. He married Elizabeth Lowe Tyler on Bef. 1752, daughter of John Tyler and Elizabeth Jarrett.

Note: John Palmer with Benjamin Waller and Bedford Davenport, were sworn attorneys in York Court (according to Act of Assembly) November 15, 1742. Agnes Hillard, in her will (proved 1746) directs a ring of the value of 12 Shillings to be given to Mary Bowcock, daughter of Elizabeth Lowe Bowcock. John Palmer was Bursar of the college and died in 1760. In 1775 John Tyler advertised "a brick house and its appurtenances, near the capitol in Williamsburg, belonging to the daughters of the late John Palmer.: (William & Mary College Quarterly, Vol. XVII, p.150.)
