The will of John Baldwin, South River, Anne Arundel County (June 12, 1682 - June 16, 1684; Annapolis 4.43, Maryland Calendar of Wills 1), names wife Elizabeth; daughter Margaret, wife of Thomas Cruchley; daughter Lydia Brittison and her son, Thomas Watkins; grandchildren, Lydia Cruchley, Hanna Howard, daughter of Philip and Ruth Howard, and Nathaniel Stinchcomb; John, executor and residuary legatee.
