My research started in the era of the 1970s when I grew curious about a list of names that looked similar to the list of my Father's siblings, but were slightly different. That was my first lesson in the European naming practice of repeating the same names in every generation.
My curiosity launched me on a fascinating journey through the history books, and into some of the most interesting nooks & crannies of this world we live in.
I have walked the same trails & fields where my ancestors have tread, and many years later, found the evidence of them having been there before me.
I have found the science of Genealogy to be both entertaining, and adictive. And I cannot think of a better way to spend my time, as I find the years adding up behind me. Nor can I imagine a sweeter Legacy to leave my family.
